In 2019 we held at least one tour nearly every week of the year with a total of over 1,800 guests.

PRIVATE INSPECTIONS TRIPS (up to 4 people)

Details:

A bespoke and private inspection trip where a maximum of 4 people may visit North Cyprus, the home of the Vision Group headquarters. With enough time to learn about this fascinating and historical place, view suitable properties and understand more about owning a property on this wonderful Mediterranean island. The tour includes visits to properties which suit your requirements along with a comprehensive and educational journey in both the property market and the country, in a non-pressured environment. Visitors will receive a wide choice of property to choose from in a non-biased fashion to enable visitors to make an educated choice IF they wish to buy in North Cyprus (visitors are not obliged to do so to join this tour), along with legal and financial advice. We also study the wide variety of attractive payment terms available. The tour is accompanied by a professional Vision Group qualified consultant at all times. All of our consultants have a deep knowledge of the island, the property market and the lifestyle. These tours are more relaxed on timing than larger group with less fixed time pre-planned activities. We prepare a schedule that includes the “must not be missed” property, hotels, restaurants and places of interest available.

GROUP, COUNTRY & PROPERTY EDUCATION TOURS

Those who wish to learn about North Cyprus as a country and as a place to invest, to understand the Vision Group business model and its potential for making it your own business, and for those who prefer to join a tour along with others from their region/ country and who have been introduced by an existing Vision Group Partner. Within a GCPE tour we present in group classroom sessions to share facts, figures and the culture of North Cyprus. We visit and tour a selection of projects (approx. 4-5) and we study a wide variety of attractive finance and payment terms. We then invite an established lawyer to present the legalities surrounding purchasing property in North Cyprus. We also allow some free time to enjoy the surroundings and places of local interest. The tour is led by a professional Vision Group qualified consultant at all times. All of our consultants have a deep knowledge of the island, the property market and the lifestyle.

As opposed to the GCPE Tours above where you will meet people you don’t know, the Private Group Tours are designed for you to accompany your own friends and contacts. These tours are for those who enjoy travelling with a group and who wish to learn about North Cyprus as a place to potentially invest and to understand the Vision Group business model and its potential for making it your own business. PROPERTY, GOLF AND CULTURE TOURS

Details:

Suitable for those who would like to combine golf and relaxation with a 1-3 days property and country education tour. This tour includes 3 rounds of golf at the fantastic and highly regarded Korineum Golf, Tennis and Beach club.

The agenda of this tour is created with you to suit your group of contacts and friends. Usually these personalised golf tours either spend the first three days playing golf and the property tour begins thereafter or vice versa. A maximum of 20 people can attend the golf tours. The agenda is designed to be educational and includes a visit to a selection of properties and explores the culture and places of interest in North Cyprus. Visitors will receive a wide choice of property to choose from in an unbiased fashion, to enable visitors to make an educated choice IF they wish to buy (no one is obliged to do so to join this tour). The tour is accompanied by professional Vision Group qualified consultants at all times, all of whom have a deep knowledge of the country, the property market and the lifestyle.

Prices depend on the agenda created with you. Generally the pricing for golf packages in North Cyprus are very competitive. In addition, due to the fact that 3-4 nights accommodation is provided free with the Vision Group property tour, the price for a 7 night stay break is substantially reduced.

• Additional golf rates - 3 rounds of 18 hole golf course in low season EUR 144. 3 rounds of 18 hole golf course in high season EUR 225 (prices quoted are correct at time of print. Always check with us the todays prices).
• Golf packages will be purchased at Korineum, Vision Group staff will assist.
• Transportation to and from the golf course will be arranged by the client when Vision Group shuttle is not available.
